As Talent Lead you'll be the driving force behind our recruiting, hiring, and onboarding work. From pioneering sourcing strategies to ensure Nascent remains a magnet for exceptional talent, to delivering high impact onboarding experiences that set our new team members up to crush it, you will have the opportunity to dramatically impact our people and culture. This may be the role for you if you excel at crafting compelling job descriptions and leveraging language to attract the right talent and love supporting managers to design interview processes that lead to effective decision making and exceptional candidate experiences.
The right candidate will bring a strong building mindset and fascination (obsession) with leveraging tools/technology to automate and optimize as much work as possible. This is a role for a high-agency strategic do’er who sees opportunities vs challenges and takes every chance they can to level-up. This is a remote position with opportunities to travel for in-person collaboration and two annual retreats.
